The staff were welcoming and the food was well-cooked and professionally delivered. The bedding was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning allowed for personalized comfort. The location was convenient for accessing trams, Southbank, and the Crown complex. Nice toiletries were provided and the room was a reasonable size for a city hotel. There were plenty of food options around and room service was quick. The hotel was great for a staycation with our 2-year-old.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the exhibition and convention centre where I attended a conference. the hotel was situated in a perfect location, I did not have to hire a car to get anywhere as I walked or caught a tram. The hotel's facilities were fantastic and well-maintained, including the breakfast which was delicious.

equipment of the hotel is international standard. location was good and in the middle of the vibrant south warf dockland area.

assigned room was on the 3rd floor without sight and every corridor noise was audible. there was no luggage service at check-in and check out. as parking possibility the expensive valet parking was offered. bar was hardly visited and a breakfast was only possible in the restaurant for a lot of money. in total, hotel was simply much too expensive and due to the similar naming "crowne" it was easy to confuse it with the real "crown" when booking.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Melbourne for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast had a great variety of options and the poached eggs were simply the best I've ever had. The hotel's convenient location right next to a tram stop made commuting a breeze. I also loved the cozy cafe on site, and the staff throughout the hotel were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the city.

Great Location: The hotel is perfectly situated along the river with a very short walk to the CBD and across the street from the casino. Large Rooms: The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are also big. Buffet Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was very decent with a good variety of options.

Very good buffet breakfast, both in variety and quality of food. The location is excellent, close to all areas of interest in downtown Melbourne, and is perhaps the best hotel in terms of price/quality ratio.

The doors of the bathrooms are made of glass, which takes away privacy if you are accompanied.

Everything is within walking distance of the facility.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, with easy access to trams and just a short walk from the Crown Casino Complex. The breathtaking view of the city and river from our room was simply stunning. The layout of the rooms was professional and well-designed, providing us with enhanced comfort. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options. The staff here were beyond amazing, being kind, courteous, and understanding of our circumstances. We felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The reception and concierge staff were friendly and helpful, and we even had the option to choose the type of pillow we wanted for a personalized sleeping experience. The people serving us throughout our stay were absolutely gorgeous, going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time. And did I mention the incredible view of the harbor?

We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff provides excellent service, the amenities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

The location of Crowne Plaza Melbourne was perfect for exploring the CBD and South Bank. The nearby tram stop also made getting around the city very convenient. The suite we stayed in was stylish and comfortable, and the bar downstairs was a great place to unwind.

We had a few issues. the design of the shower door in our bathroom was poor, resulting in frequent flooding unless we placed bathmats and hand towels against it.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to Southbank and a short stroll from the Airport bus terminus. The room was newly refurbished and had excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location couldn't be better! It was right in the heart of everything, close to the exhibition & Convention Centre, casino, and boat trips on the Yarra.
